Starting with a bare face and her eczema rash visible, Amanda carefully works through her routine, treating and covering the irritation step by step. POD is not something normal to live with. You just take doxycycline and it clears up and shouldn’t come back. Avoid all hormonal birth control. And SLS in tooth paste. Also isopropyl myristrate. And avoid overly occlusive products and layering too many things.

If you wash your face with head and shoulders shampoo the exema goes away. It’s that simple. Give it a try.

She’s gorgeous and really sweet, but the hydrating toner contains fragrance. I wouldn’t put that on a rash 🙁
