I’m sure Jasmine is a very sweet person but they are lying to themselves if they don’t actually think there’s a reason people are scared or hold their children tighter. Come on, don’t play dumb, you know exactly what you’re doing and how you want to be portrayed. Don’t be surprised when people are frightened.
It’s one think to cross the street when a woman wearing a headscarf is on the same side, but if you’re wearing red contacts and sharp teeth, come on that’s a little scary.

6:47 Jasmine referred to HER friend as SHE. She wants people to respect HER pronoun but refuses to use they their them. Ironic isnt it.

Inside Vogue’s Summer Issue: A Journey Across Texas

Published

on

Photographer Tyler Mitchell and fashion editor Carlos Nazario head to Texas on a “school trip” of sorts for Vogue’s Summer Issue. In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, Tyler and Carlos wanted to choose a state that represented the good, the bad, and the ugly of the United States. Texas seemed like a natural fit. Along the way, Tyler and Carlos journey across the state, visiting Texas Southern University to capture cheerleaders and a drumline, spending time with line dancers and a gospel church community, and stopping at a ranch stewarded by Black cowboys.

Inside Designer Tory Burch’s Paris Home, Filled With Wonderful Objects | Vogue

Published

on

Tory Burch invites Vogue into her Paris home as she shares some of her most cherished objects. The venerable designer and her husband, Pierre-Yves Roussel, instantly fell in love with the Parisian apartment, captivated by both its beauty and its potential. The first object we come across is a 17th-century painting by an unknown artist depicting a man with a pickaxe. We then move on to a pair of chairs once owned by Hubert de Givenchy, antique cow creamers, a Claude Lalanne bronze apple representing New York City, enamel and cast-iron jardinières that collect beauty with age, and an entire table setting created by artist Félix Bracquemond.
