I assure you the Grouse Grind does NOT look like the stock photo they used. It’s basically foot high stairs going basically straight up. It blows.

Fascinating, my problem is that I build muscle but don’t lose any weight and it is bothering me a bit. If someone knows why that happens please let me know with a reply.

@Jass Singh as you are building muscle the muscle adds up to the general weight. If you want to loose weight add some cardio. Hope this help

I have no doubt that testosterone supplements play a role. You can see it in Matt’s chest.

    This works and I agree
    But
Stop making people believe that all should chase these kind of steps
The reason why they change in a short time in 3-6 months is because:
This people are celebrities they are paid to look good
They have chefs ready to make their needed food
    A personal trainer,a therapist etc
Plus they use muscle drugs (steroids) which is not bad cuz they are actors and not athletes
Great genetics (life ain’t fair 🤷‍♂️)

That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t workout tho
      But don’t have unrealistic goals
      ” I’m a skeleton/obese person and want to look like a bodybuilder in 6 months 🤦‍♂️”
      Don’t be that person

You need a long plan of eating and training
For a normal person It takes 2 months to see real changes (that others point out)
And it takes years of dedication 2-4 etc

GIRLS. Dont be afraid of bulking up. you would need to go hard for years (incl protein shakes) before you even see anything. the opposite is going to happen – you will tone your body.
