“Now I actually am gonna cry!” Four days before her wedding to fellow musician Damiano David, Dove Cameron visits the Valentino studio in Rome for her final wedding dress fitting. While Dove never had a vision of her perfect wedding, she’s never been more certain that she’s found the love of her life. Stepping inside Valentino, Dove gets a closer look at her beautifully detailed, celestial wedding dress, complete with a veil adorned with moons and stars—a reference to her middle name. As she goes over the final details of the gown, Dove opens up about just how overwhelming wedding planning has been in conjunction with releasing an album and touring. Finally, she calls her mother and grandmother so they can share in the emotional final dress reveal.

I love the celestial theme of the dress and veil. Stunning. I wish designers would use dark embroidery threads to make symbols really stand out and pop against the white, but the moon embroidery is stunning.

Here after 2 hours🎉. Omg ive been watching her since 2016 descendants and i was still pretty little but i had learnt to say descendants and i would ask my mom to put it on for me everyday . Now over 10 years later i still watch descendants every week or so. Cant believe shes getting married now🥹.

I love Dove, so lovely to watch this! She went in a different direction than I thought for her current style, but she looked stunning. The dress was very romantic, and I loved the boat-neck corset and the gentle fit. Those sleeves! I enjoyed the veil and what it meant, but I didn’t really get it with the whole look. Regardless, I am so happy for her (getting very parasocial here) and thankful to see her journey!
