How to say you have commitment issues without saying you have commitment issues.

It’s not a personality trait. It’s a generational helplessness trait. All your decisions, even minors ones, have been made for you. The fear of risk is the “trait.”

My favorite things change depending on my mood. It’s not that all of my decisions have been made, it’s just that I change my mind too often for there to be a solid favorite anything. I acknowledge the pros and cons of everything and judge my “favorites” based on what the me in the now is wanting or needing.

It’s not quirky or healthy to recognize your potential flaws and then call just them “personality traits.” Our brains are dynamic, they’re meant to change and grow. Accepting flaws as personality traits just further solidifies them and makes them harder to break because they become habitual…

Is not having favorite things a flaw, though?

This is a gen z issue. No other generation have this. Gen z have been taught they can’t do anything without supervision and medication.
