Kyle Ren is just an emo kid with power, it didn’t bring me any closer to seeing him as a villain and quite frankly just made me dislike the character. The whole point of Darth Vader always having his mask on I think is that he isn’t human, there is no mercy and remorse just orders.

The OT was good and Disney Star Wars is a lazy, mostly incoherent rehash with no real narrative – just a collection of scenes that look neat. Why take 10 minutes to prop up below-average filmmaking?

Let’s be real : the new ones have only one real goal: try to replicate the feeling of the old ones. No interesting new ideas, no real passion into it. This is the reason why these movies will feel empty, useless and forgetable in the cinema history. For Star Wars movies they totally lack of heart and creativity. And bring back old caracters just make them feel even more like lazy slobs because the new caracters go nowere. And Williams : well his music sounds generic now 🙁 it’s just sad . Bye bye star wars, you were good back in the day.

I love all SW trilogies. Yes, there are problems with them but i decide to ignore them and enjoy the things i love about them more.

Sequel trilogy is the worst but still enjoyable. In reality fans hate Disney star wars but i am a kind of fan who do not reject one over the other.
I’m embracing both canon and Legends 😀 because both being different but still in the same universe as we all know and love :3

My opinion:
Young Luke > Rey
Old Han > Obi
Old Luke = Yoda
Kylo > Vader
Young Leia and Han > Any secondary character of the Sequels
R2 and C3PO > BB8

I disagree about Kylo being better than Vader. Vader is far better written and being more complex is not necessarily better. Vader serves perfectly as a strong written villain who instills fear in the characters in the story. Kylo Ren is complex and makes sense as a character but he hasn’t had enough development and he falls flat when it comes to being very compelling.
