Ive learned that its better to wake up at like 6 because u get at least 16 hrs of your day. You should really enjoy your time young because it catches up and im not even mid 20s yet

  monday to friday i get 5-6 hours. The weekends I sleep for 12 and finaly feel great PS my kids are 20 and 22 years
