Olga Noronha (Porto, 1990) took her first steps in contemporary jewellery at 11 years old, attending to Engenho & Arte School.

After finishing high school at Soares dos Reis, headed to London.

In 2007, Olga started a foundation course in Art & Design at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, in which her work was considered the best of her year, and thus acquired by the college to integrate its private museum collection.

Graduated in Jewellery Design by the same college in 2011, Noronha was then titled Researcher at CITAD (Center for Investigation in Territory, Architecture and Design – Foundation for Science and Technology – FCT).

This same year Noronha was invited to teach at the Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design and lecture at Whintrop University (USA) and ESAD (PT).

In 2012, completed a Masters degree In Design Research (MRes) at Goldsmiths College, University of London, and was awarded the Doctoral Merit Scholarship – Design Star Consortium – Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC).

Currently PhD, Olga Noronha is linked to several national and international academic institutions as well as to the Museum Del Gioiello Vicenza, in Italy, recenty taking over partial curatorship of the museum.
