I was so taken by the recent audio version of Sandman that as much as Gaiman is involved in this, I still can’t quite buy that this series will be better…not saying it can’t be (I hope it is!), but the casting and performances of the Audible version were just soooooo good! Will definitely be glued to the screen on Aug 5 😍

As a writer myself it’s extremely emotional to see a writer watching what he wrote come to life. I think that’s the biggest dream come true. The Sandman looks awesome!

Well, it looks interesting. But Mr. Gaiman made a mistake nobody seemed to notice while editing the video: he refers to who clearly is Abel with the name Cain.

      July 24, 2022 at 6:43 pm

You’re wrong. It is Cain in the footage with Gregory. There is actually a photo out there of Cain and Abel and surprisingly they look similar. A lot of people have thought the same as you.

Disney sadly have the rights and Gaiman don´t like that fact.

I really like these kind of videos when creators (and ect.) can speak about the project they have been doing. It is really insightfull and help appreciate the production even more.

I kept looking at Dream thinking something looked different and I realized they have irises. His eyes are supposed to be black that twinkle like the stars. I wonder if they’ll change that because it also made him more intimidating cause you could never really exactly where he was looking.
