Game Change was frustrating. Julianne gave her all but I think she made Palin too cartoonish. I know she won a shitload of awards for it but I really didn’t enjoy it.

her performance in todd haynes’ safe really stuck with me, though i’ve only seen it once in my life it’s something i mentally go back to when julianne’s name comes up. really harrowing and heavy in terms of the portrayal of a strained housewife

I was shocked after her Oscar win people were disappointed she was the winner because I thought her performance was incredible. I know she’s had other amazing roles that she should’ve won for before but I think Still Alice was an excellent win for her.
