she should just get a lighter foundation that actually matches her body ???? then she won’t have to bring it down her neck!

Probably just the shade she had before she got lighter when the wether changed. Or she might just like a tanner look, but either way it’s suggested in makeup to bring your foundation down to your neck, regardless.

It’s possible she gets spray tans and the foundations matches that complexion- the tan tends to fade. Like any girl who buys foundation in the winter or summer their complexion will change
