Probably just the shade she had before she got lighter when the wether changed. Or she might just like a tanner look, but either way it’s suggested in makeup to bring your foundation down to your neck, regardless.

It’s possible she gets spray tans and the foundations matches that complexion- the tan tends to fade. Like any girl who buys foundation in the winter or summer their complexion will change
