Colombian singer Karol G remembers the first time she felt fame. For her, it wasn’t inevitable, but it was never a straightforward path. Throughout her early career, she often questioned her journey: How am I going to get there? How am I going to have the most listened-to song of the season? But deep down, she knew she was going to get there. Karol G talks about moving to New York and nearly giving up on a career in music. For her photoshoot, the idea was to present a different side of her, to present a classic, timeless look for the Vogue México y Latinoamérica cover.
