Gilberto Calzolari Ecomacha discusses “sustainable” fashion.

In the lovely Atelier Pellini, the designer has launched a new capsule collection.

Ecomacha is a resolute and aggressive collection conceived as a reaction to the era in which we find ourselves, in pursuit of an unexpected and unpredictable beauty.

This is why the fashion designer wanted to shoot the images of such an intimately contemporary collection in a place of art and history, the lovely Atelier Pellini, and why he was delighted to present it during Milan Fashion Week in the ADI Design Museum, a historic building from the 1930s that was previously used as a depot for horse-drawn streetcars and as an electricity distribution plant, but has now been restored and transformed into a place of art.
