Fresh off the road and back in her element, Gracie talks about cooking for her family every night during COVID, how touring gave her a window into the way people eat around the world, and the comfort meals she made during a winter in London recording her new record with collaborator Aaron Dessner. She also reflects on shooting her first American Vogue cover.
