Chantal Thomass is a French fashion designer and the name of her own underwear brand.

In 1967 the fashion designer founded the first brand, Ter et Bentine.

These creations reflected a strong influence of the hippie style and the desire to give women an image free from the stereotypes of the time.

Brigitte Bardot became one of his clients, contributing to the brand’s popularity.

The first designer to give clothing design a leading role in ready-to-wear, Chantal Thomass invented lace tights, used Lycra, highlighted the female form and underlined its sensuality.
