To begin, Selby Drummond visited Giambattista Valli’s atelier and tried on a dress she’d seen at his most recent couture show. From there, he designed a frothy, romantic gown with a silhouette befitting of what he refers to as “her super hero body.”

I tried on one of his dresses at Nordstrom and had to know how Valli was. The dress totally suited the occasion and the bride. Nothing is ever just a piece of paper ? ? diploma until you need it ? ?
