Over the past 75 years, fashion shows have evolved from intimate presentations to global spectacles. Vogue takes a look at the rich history of fashion’s illustrious front row. Dior’s 1950s “New Look” revolutionized femininity, while the ’60s embraced individual freedom and exclusivity. The ’70s introduced cultural influencers and turned shows into entertainment, paving the way for the extravagant glamour of the ’80s. By the ’90s, mainstream appeal dominated, and the 2000s saw celebrities strategically claim the front row. The rise of influencers in the 2010s, fueled by social media, democratized access to Fashion Week. Even as the pandemic briefly halted live shows, the industry adapted and returned. Today, the front row itself has become part of the spectacle with celebrities like Kylie Jenner wearing the same outfit we also see on the runway.

،is it hard to say that you are 8 months pregnant instead of saying 31 weeks and a bit 😊

Maybe because it is counted in weeks when you go to the Dr and every milestone is in weeks !

Sounds like you are the one struggling to do basic math to mention it. 🫢

I first saw Sienna in Miss Julia on Broadway, she was great. I then saw her after a screening of American Woman in Savannah at SCAD. The movie was powerful and well done. Sienna was interviewed after the screening and her responses revealed a smart, strong, kind woman that pursues wisdom regularly (not so much a series of light bulb moments, but a woman intent on living an examined life). Oh, and she is super pretty in real life too!

Chloe reminds me so much of her mother, especially in her manner of speech. She seems like a lovely person. Sienna looks beautiful, she should just enjoy the time before her new daughter’s arrival. Safe birth!!

Sienna is always so much fun and lovely and insightful…the interviewer, Chloe Malle is not a people person. She may be a fashion expert but this was uncomfortable, no conversational finesses, no connection, oddly authoritative—more interrogatory style?

Agree. She didn’t seem terribly interested in the answers to her own questions, lol. Her dead pan “oh wow.”’s made me laugh.

So two faced, where was the outrageousnus about Richard Gere in his 70s and bloody Robert De Niro he’s 80 and his 45 partner… Your all quiet about them, men in there 70s 80s that’s fine. Women in her 40s blasphemy.
Society needs to stop being so completely two faced.
