    His character in Parks and Rec is one of my favorite TV characters of all time. So sweet and hilarious. Rob Lowe is just amazing.

    the west wing and parks & rec are two perfect television shows, my favorites ever. i’m not sure how much of a factor it is that rob lowe is in both of them, but it’s def not a detractor.
