I wouldn’t say “In ‘Tall’ Cotton” but more like “In ‘High’ Cotton”
My grandmother had the best use of BYH when she would talk about my older cousin. She’d say “Your cousin has grown to be such a nice guy, but Bless His Heart, he’s just so ugly”
