Justicia Ruano has been the product director of Mango Woman and a member of the company’s executive committee since May 2017.

Ruano was a trusted signing of the group’s board of directors and has a team of one hundred people in her charge.

Born in Andalusia, Ruano settled in Barcelona to study design, after which she joined the Catalan women’s fashion company System Action.

In 1994, the executive signed for Mango, where she remained until 2005 as director of flat design. In 2009, Ruano launched his own eponymous brand.

Her collection showcased plenty of silk, satin, and sequins, as well as gloves & boots to decorate high-waisted pencil skirts or dresses.
