@0:44 That strikes me as being more of a reference to “Dr. Tongue” in the beginning of Day of the Dead, not Bub. You see Shaun’s shadow at first as he moves closer like you do with Dr. Tongue, then it goes to Shaun’s face where you see him with his mouth wide open. Which also suggests Dr. Tongue to me, because Dr. Tongue had a huge hole in his face due to him having his jaw missing. Dr. Tongue also makes a groaning sound, whereas with Shaun you hear him yawning.

Thanks! Great references there! One thing though, ‘The Infected’ in 28 Days Later, are infected with the rage virus, they didn’t die and come back as the undead, therefore, they are considered the infected, not zombies. The only difference is that the infected don’t actually die and come back – they change while alive. Also, The Walking Dead has lots of other words for zombies – walkers, lame brains, dead ones, geek, biters, roamers etc lol

in this scene there is a tree and if you turn that into paper you can write the word alex, this is a referance to when shakespeare says this word when talking to a neighbour when he was 12

In the movie, the characters fight zombies. This is a subtle nod to the fact that this is a zombie movie.

Since when did Shaun make it climbing up the window to his girls house? Every version I’ve seen he attempts it than he ends up ringing the buzzer again to get In normally
