    I don’t know who needs to hear this – Bioderma is NOT a toner, it’s a micellar water which means it’s loaded with surfactants and NEEDS to be washed off of your face!

    BioDerma Is NOT a toner. That should not be left on your skin to sit it has oil so it needs to be rinsed off.
