On a crisp fall day in New York City, renowned art critic Jerry Saltz and celebrated fashion designer Marc Jacobs embark on a spirited exploration of their shared passions. As they sit amidst the tranquil beauty of Central Park, their conversation ebbs and flows, touching on the intersections of art and fashion and the ever-changing face of New York City. Marc and Jerry then make their way to the hallowed halls of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Inside, they wander amongst the masterpieces, reflecting on not only centuries of historical ingenuity but their own impactful contributions to the milieu of modern creativity.

My attention was drawn to the discussion on the perspective of art as an American Composer. Every artist has a soul that is valuable to the world …

NYC was great in the 80’s and 90’s. There was a grittiness and rawness to the city.
