“It’s like a reset button for your body.” In this edition of Vogue’s Well, Well, Well, K-pop superstar JENNIE opens up about the transformative power of cold plunging, a practice she turned to after many grueling hours of tour rehearsals. JENNIE shares the story of her first plunge, describing the initial shock and intense sensations that surged through her body as she immersed herself in the icy water. Cold plunging, she notes, became an essential ritual, especially during the demanding recording sessions for her latest album.
