Goddard’s inspiration for his autumn 2020 show came from a simple photo of a father and daughter on a London street; the little girl wore a small flouncy skirt paired with jeans and a chunky knit jumper, while her father wore a denim-on-denim composition.
Taking a look at his women’s clothing, the oversized silhouettes were on full display.
By creating tailored trousers or a colorful knitwear piece underneath an evening dress or ruffled skirt, the designer continues to prove herself multifaceted in conceiving wonderful evening wear pieces, continuing to grow her brand into one that also offers wearable pieces.
